It is in this idyllic seaside location that athletes from the 20 nations participating in the Pacific Mini Games settled in immediately upon arrival.

They really didn’t have time to rest after a day of flying, or to go see the field before the game. Four Cagous tennis players opened the ball this Thursday. And they did not disappoint at the start of the match. Victor Lopez beat Brett Bodine of the Cook Islands 4-0/4-1. Meetings that continue until 21:00 (Marian Islands time or 22:00 in New Caledonia).

Tennis matches will resume tomorrow, Friday, from 8 am.

From the side of the monument to the Fishermen, not far from the village of the Games, rowers are preparing under the scorching sun. The water is smooth and the athletes train in a warm atmosphere. An example with this athlete from Papua New Guinea, who knows how to motivate his troops.
