MOBILIZE SHOWS ITS AMBITIONS IN SERVICES AND TECHNOLOGIES AND AIM 20 % OF RENAULT GROUP SALES IN 2030

In the context of significant changes in the automotive industry, Mobilize is developing a new business model based on VaaS (Vehicle-as-a-Service) with a complete offering based on an integrated software ecosystem.

Focused on use, not ownership, Mobilize offers in-car services to meet the need for simpler, more affordable, greener and more affordable mobility solutions.

The Mobilize model is based on :

Three market segments with great potential

Mobilize customers’ goals represent three high-potential market segments.

Thanks to Mobilize Financial Services, Mobilize will accelerate the deployment of mobile solutions with long-term car rental and subscription offers and thus benefit from more than 80% growth2 operating lease market. Mobilize Financial Services aims to reach a fleet of 1 million leased vehicles and 200,000 prepaid vehicles by 2030.

At the same time, Mobilize Financial Services will accelerate its financing of used vehicles, relying in particular on the deployment of connected electric vehicles to operate throughout the life cycle of the vehicle and offer integrated, up to remarketing and vehicle recycling. In addition, Mobilize Financial Services will expand its range of services in two main areas: Because insurtech, use of car connection to launch insurance products based on use; and the creation of a ecosystem payments which combines charging, universal payments (in and out of the car) and offers Buy now Pay Later3. This ecosystem will be guided by an environmental loyalty program that encourages its customers to behave in a way that respects the environment.

2. L.human mobility operators

WITH Mobilize the diskp DecisionMobilize offers a number of services for taxi drivers and operators and CRP: 100% subscription to LIMO electric car, insurance, maintenance, charging, assistance.

Mobilize is becoming a solution provider for DUO car sharing operators. Launched in 2023, DUO will be 100% electric, offered by subscription and integrate insurance, fleet and user management software solutions, and maintenance. DUO will reduce the TCU by -35% compared to a 4-seater electric vehicle, will be made by 50% of recycled materials and will be 95% recyclable. The BENTO cargo version will also be offered in car sharing and subscription for craftsmen.

3. L.last mile delivery operators and professionals

Mobilize enters the emerging market (+ 7%)4 for the year until 2030) delivery of the “last mile”, providing operators with full service solutions that fit into the new policy of the city.

These services will first be offered to Kangoo E-Tech Electric, Master E-Tech Electric, and vehicles outside the group, before the launch of HIPPO in 2026, which will reduce the TCU by -30% compared to competitors. These services include all the services offered by Mobilize, with a special focus on charging and optimizing fleet management with data.

This strategy allows Mobilize to focus on:

  • A 70% increase in the number of financial services sold to its customers will reach 8 million in 2030.

  • Double the fleet of vehicles financed by Mobilize Financial Services under operating leases by 2025 and plan for one million vehicles by 2030, 70% of which will be electric vehicles.

  • The target for 2030 is between 150,000 and 200,000 vehicles used by mobile operators, 80% of which are electric cars.

  • It is planned to install 165,000 charging stations in 2030 (compared to 22,000 in 2021).

In addition, this strategy will allow Mobilize businesses, with the exception of Mobilize Financial Services, to achieve double-digit profitability from each of their businesses by 2027 with a break-even target of 2025.
